These terms describe the conditions under which you may use the site langandtrip.com.ua and the materials published on it. Throughout this text we refer to the site as the "Site" and to ourselves as the "Editorial team".

By using the Site, you accept these terms. If any of the conditions does not suit you, the simplest solution is not to use the Site.

What we write about and what it is not
We publish materials about travel and learning foreign languages: practical guides, destination overviews, advice on preparing for trips and for language exams. This is editorial content of an informational nature.
Here is what is important to understand separately, because in our subject area it has practical consequences:
- Our materials are not legal, visa or immigration advice. Visa rules, document checklists, consular fees and processing times change, sometimes without a broad announcement. Before submitting documents or travelling, verify the information on the official websites of embassies, consulates and immigration services.
- Prices, fees and study program conditions become outdated. We indicate the date the data refers to, but we do not guarantee that it is current at the time you are reading.
- Educational advice does not replace working with a teacher. Language learning methods work differently depending on level, goal and available time.
- You make the decisions. We are not responsible for the consequences of decisions you made based on our materials: a visa refusal, a change in course conditions, the cost of a trip.
Copyright in the Site's materials
Texts, selections, diagrams, tables and other materials prepared by the Editorial team are protected by copyright under the laws of Ukraine. This also applies to materials whose rights were transferred to us by authors or partners.
You may read, save and share links to our materials for personal, non-commercial use. This does not require separate permission.
How you may cite us
Other sites, apps and media may use our materials under the following conditions:
- the amount cited is no more than 500 characters from a single material;
- the text includes an index-open hyperlink to the specific source page, not to the Site's home page;
- the link is placed in a subheading or in the first paragraph, not at the end of the material;
- the content of the quote is not altered in a way that distorts our conclusion.

Images
Some of the images on the Site are used under stock-photo licenses or on terms agreed with the rights holders. Such images may not be copied and used separately from our materials. If you need a specific image, contact the rights holder directly.
Materials by other authors and third-party links
In our materials we link to official sources, educational organizations, booking services and other external resources. We do not control their content, availability or terms of use, so responsibility for them lies with the owners of those resources. Send any complaints about third-party sites to their administrators.
If advertising or affiliate materials appear on the Site, they will be marked separately so that they are plainly visible and not confused with editorial text.

We try to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: technical breaks, updates and hosting failures are possible. Individual materials or sections may be changed, moved or removed.

We consider official only the information posted on the Site langandtrip.com.ua itself and on the Site's official social media pages, links to which are published on the Site. We are not responsible for information spread on our behalf anywhere else.
